    2005 Dodge Magnum R/T - Brilliant Black Crystal Pearlcoat - 5.7L HEMI V8 - RWD - 5-Speed Automatic

Who says wagons can't have muscle? This 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T is what happens when horsepower and cargo space go out for drinks and come back with a V8.

Under the hood? A 5.7L HEMI V8 with Multi Displacement magic, ready to turn grocery runs into drag strip dreams. Rear-wheel drive for when you want to feel the roador leave a little rubber on it. And a 5-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoother than your uncle at a wedding.

With 166,232 miles, this Magnum has seen things-open roads, closed roads, probably a few drive-thrus-and it's still got plenty of miles left in it's muscle-bound tank.

Finished in Brilliant Black Crystal Pearlcoat, it gleams like a tuxedo at a biker rally. It's not just a wagon. It's a statement. A long, loud, rumbling statement.

At Eddy's Chevy, we believe in second chances, big engines, and wagons with attitude.

We have owned this car for quite some time and just love about every aspect. It has the 3.5 V6 which supplies adequate power and economy at the same time. Nothing spectacular but better than expected. It rides and drives well, smooth, fairly quiet, and is comfortable. It is an AWD and here in the Ozarks it's almost a necessity. Otherwise it's a pretty plain SXT without all the bells and whistles. It does have a sunroof, power driver seat, power locks (keyless entry), and a decent sound system. As for the style, the uniqueness is the most satisfying - you just don't see yourself coming and going but after so many years, it starts getting a little old and boring. So what do you do if you want to keep the car and make it a bit different? We put a nice aftermarket roof rack on it, BBS wheels, and a little pinstriping none of which cost much but changed it enough to make it like a new car to us. Evidently it's attractive because we get compliments we never expected. Would I recommend a Magnum? A definite "YES" if you can find one to your liking.

My husband and I each owned a 2005 Magnum RT. Both were reliable, powerful cars and very pleasurable to drive. Neither one of us ever had to have any major work done. The interior was not as plush as I like but it was very comfortable and attractive. And the exterior styling was beautiful. I could never figure out why car reviewers gave the car such poor ratings. The car was a great hauler of people and cargo and fun to drive! I think Chrysler Corporation just had bad market timing with this vehicle; it will be a classic car in years to come.

The best highway cruiser I've ever owned. Even with the Hemi I get highway gas mileage in the 21-24 mpg range. Enough room for my family of four and enough punch for the dragstrip. I've seen the cars out there that sell for the same price and they aren't near the value of the Magnum. Mine is black and looks like a hot rod hurse.
